Hi,

In ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/hp300/snapshot/20010106 you will
find an ELF-based snapshot of NetBSD/hp300-current.

Before you download/install the snapshot, I suggest reading README.ELF-UPGRADE
in ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/hp300/snapshot/elf-upgrade/

Note that I haven't actually tried any of the install tools from this
snapshot (nor do I know to use them :).
