Hello
Is it possible to use bad144 or similar program to remap a
few bad blocks ?
I have a 7933 404MB drive which has a few(?) bad blocks, due to
some hard hits on shipping. Now I'm left wondering how do I map those
bad blocks and how do I work around them ? Note that I don't really
care if I lose data, the drive is just for the coolness factor :-)
I suppose I could try to read with dd from /dev/rrd?c and create
partitions around them but is there another way ?
TIA,
