None of the R6 releases have any support for hp300 graphics devices, even
under HP-UX (I tried).  The last I heard was that thorpej wanted to redo
all of the console code for hp300 as wscons (an abstracted, machine
independent console device), and then R6 would be easy.  This would also
provide hooks for using domain keyboards on series 400 machines.

It would be nice if someone with programming experience would write wscons
for hp300.

I have various framebuffers I'd be willing to donate to anyone wanting to
write wscons.
