Hi,

I've got a big problem: When I try to access the modem attached to
the RS-232 port of my HP345 the system locks up. I have to cycle power to get
the system back to work! The bootrom config utility shows the RS-232 port at IRQ
6 (which is the only one that isn't used by another device) and the kernel
reports it there, too. If I start
minicom, the modem led's go on like they normaly do but the system
hangs. Any hints?
