Yes... in the case of 1.3 -> 1.3.1, you should be able to just untar
the new binaries on top of your old system (except for the "etc" set; it
contains your config files).
BTW, questions of this nature are not hp300-specific, and are probably
best asked on netbsd-users or netbsd-help. For future reference.. :-)
