port-hp300: How do I enable the /proc filesystem?

	In starting to compile my first kernel i see that NetBSD supports the
	/proc filesystem. YetI don't see a /proc when I do a df.

	How do I enable this feaure, or is  it just not compiled in the default
	kernel?
