I have had the same problems (MMU fault) on both 345 and 425t running
NetBSD 1.3.
Does anybody know why?

I get these randomly when booting the kernel. Seems to be near on at
the "Parity detection" phase. I've had this with 1.2, 1.2.1, and 1.3,
and in all different types of hardware.
