Jason sent me an updated and improved patch for this problem, and
I have compiled a new SYS_INST which is available from

    ftp://ftp.ntnu.no/pub/NetBSD/local/hp300/SYS_INST

As I'm about to leave for the week-end and won't be able to test
it during that time (and I'll be busy most part of next week), it
would be really nice if someone else could verify that the above
program can do a "from scratch" installation, specifically that
the miniroot can be mounted after the disk has been labeled by
SYS_INST.
