Hi folks,
several days ago, Netbsd1.2.1 crashed on my hp375:
I was telnet-logged to a remote host, when the kernel
started reporting serveral excessive collisions from le0,
then le0:timeout and tcp-connections hang up.
When rebooting the system, the kernel went to panic.
from the message-file:
-----------------------
Nov 6 08:15:58 igv112 /netbsd: le0: excessive collisions, tdr 150
Nov 6 08:39:58 igv112 /netbsd: le0: excessive collisions, tdr 7
...
Nov 6 11:04:03 igv112 /netbsd: le0: device timeout
...
Nov 6 15:54:45 igv112 reboot: rebooted by frank
Nov 6 15:54:46 igv112 syslogd: exiting on signal 15
Nov 6 16:00:35 igv112 /netbsd: nfs server igv113:/home: not responding
Nov 6 16:00:35 igv112 /netbsd: le0: device timeout
Nov 6 16:00:35 igv112 last message repeated 2 times
Nov 6 16:00:35 igv112 /netbsd: syncing disks... panic: nfs rcvunlock
stopped at _Debugger +0x6: unlk a6
db>
when re-rebooting, the probs with the interface remained.
Now, after new installing the root partition, everything
seems to work allright.
Any idea?
Frank
