Hmm... looks like you have libraries/binaries out of sync w/ kernel?

Yes, you need to use a different module from netbsd10 on 1.3_ALPHA.
Actually, once you've updated the entire system, you should be able
to SUP the pkgsrc collection, and do:
cd /usr/pkgsrc/sysutils/top
make && make install
..as root, and the Right Thing will happen.
