hmm.. Must be a hardware problem.  I have a (slightly post) 1.2 machine:

 9:05AM  up 147 days,  3:52, 3 users, load averages: 0.35, 0.41, 0.41

and it's acting as a web-server for some domains... It's a 345 that's been
upgraded to a 380...
