Not really...

What I've done is the following...

The keyboard port is essentially useless for anything but the keyboard,
mostly since it lacks modem control lines.  Thus there are only really
3 apci serial ports...

The second apci unit won't exist on anything but a 425e, because of
conflict with dca...

HOWEVER...

Because of the way NetBSD's autoconfiguration works, a cloned apci will
still attach the third and fourth as "apci0" and "apci1".

In our world, the unit number has zero to do with the physical location
of the hardware ... it is only an "instance" indicator.
