I've got an hp380/25mhz/32mb/NetBSD 1.2E running X, netscape (over
the network), xterm/irc, and xterm/extracting ncurses and running
'configure.' My load right now is about 1.40.

	My X mouse jumps/jerks around the screen when I get a lot of
disk activity (3 HPIB/(not fast)) drives.

	Anything I can do about this?
