port-hp300: make DESTDIR={} all dies

In case anyone wants to know[1], make DESTDIR=/mnt all dies because
$DESTDIR/usr/lkm is not made by 
cd etc; make DESTDIR=/mnt distrib-dirs

[1] I have had a note on my board since April to send out a message about
this.
