New code for :

 - differentiating 345/375/400 (experimental) and 425/433
   systems.
 - support for Apollo serial ports and Domain keyboard.

ftp://spam.frisbee.net.au/apollo/NetBSD/frodo.gz

Also submitted as a NetBSD pr, though I don't have a pr
number (maybe mail addressing confusion coming from a
no-fully-configured system?) for it yet.

This also fixes an omission in stand/Makefile.inc where
the new keyboard support appears to have been left out.

Diffs are against -current, which has maybe been a shade
flaky on me tonight. Hard to tell; I'm losing another
disk (great).
