I got WebTK working on my 380 at home.
It supports frames and inline jpeg, gif, etc...


NO Java, I would not expect it either.


Webtk is a TCL/TK application developed by sun.
It's marketed as a web authoring tool, but it supports
a "Surf and Steal" (not my words!!!) technology. So it
works as a browser. Its interpreted so on my 380 with
8MB of memory its a dog. But it works. Your going to
have to have TCL/TK, I think versions 7.5 and 4.1 respectively
though I could be wrong. TCL/TK compiles right of the tar file
for NetBSD 1.2 and 1.1 and 1.0. 

With more memory, it might be more usable.
