	Netscape DOES exist for the 300/400 series-- but only version
1.12.  It was created for Nortel as they have a large number of 400s still
in use. I just verified that it DOES work under NetBSD/hp300.  Of course,
this still won't solve your problem about HTML 3, and Netscape has not
made it publicly available.  You *could* ask them to release it though...
