After all is loaded and the devices are recognized
there is a trap
boot device: le0
trap: bad kernel read access at 0x0
trap type 8, code = 0x4020755, v 0x0
kernel program counter = 0x1bcf8
kernel: MMU fault trap
pid = 0,pc = 001BCF8, ps = 2=1=, scf = 0001, dfc = 0001

panic: MMU fault
Once I am sure about all my rarpd, rpc.booparmmd, and export
settings I started to play with kernel options.
The GENERIC kernel works fine on both a 360 and a 380(43T).
I just reduced the pseudo-device pty to 16
If the problem is not seen by this more info about my system
can be provied.
