What type of hp300s are these machines? Here at Concordia we have two
hp300/400t's, and they now netboot fine. The ROM problem might not be a
problem if the machines are new enough, as our machines have boot roms
labeled 'a', and they netboot fine. If I remember correctly, Jason
Thorpe said that the 'a boot rom' problem was on older 318s and 320s. If
you have 400s or 425s, then there is a jumper on the motherboard at the
back in between the aui and bnc adaptors. Put it on the left to use the
bnc, and the right to use the aui. This might help.
