Hi there, I'm in the process of installing NetBSD1.1, on a HP433.
I got it to boot form the SYS_INIT tape, and WAS running the disklabel
program, but I fat fingered, and WROTE a garbage disklabel. Now
if I try to run disklabel again, it just exits with :
sd(0,6,0,2) :Bad partition
Chicken and egg problem, cant run the tool to fix the problem,
cause of the problem. :)
The "original" OS is DomainOS 10.4, and it's disk formatting utils
don't seem to touch the disklabel portions of the disk. (I can
boot it diskless under Domain, and thne run "invol" to reformat the
drive. Disklabel is still there).
Any suggestions? Secret commandline overrides on disklabel (the
standalone version)?
Many thanks.
