Hello,

   Well, I've tried just about everything I can with no luck to boot from
SYS_INST.

   I've tried all variations of 'shutdown -r -f /SYS_INST:SYS_SYS_I'
which seems like it should work as implied in the man pages. It simply
comes back with a system not found after reboot.

from a lifls of SYS_INST

volume BOOT43 data size -3 directory size 1
filename type start size implement created
===============================================================
SYS_SYS_I -5822  32      200      fff00000   11/16/95 12:15:25

          ^^^^^ I don't recognize this value...

My hardware/software from a uname -a

HP-UX baggins B.09.00 B 9000/385

   Does anyone have any ideas? I'm flat out confused, and probably
totally missing the simplest config problem.

Thanks,
John
