The 340 did not have built-in SCSI; you had to install a DIO SCSI hard to 
get that.  It did have built-in ethernet.  I think all 300 models did 
except for the 310 and 320.

It's got a 16MHz 68030; it's a reasonable system.  I certainly have 
slower ones :-)  NetBSD should run just fine on it.
