Definitely *no*. 

The DSP80 (from memory) is a fileserver box.  Typically a 68020 at 12Mhz
(or was that the DSP90?) with some amount of memory and SMD disk controllers
hanging off a Multibus... Probably also a Pertec tape controller to run 
some ilk of 9track tape-drive..
