Folks...

I've recently acquired an HP 340 with no framebuffer, and need to set up 
serial console on it.  The system has a set of 4 DIP switches on the back 
between the HP-IB and dca ports.  I need to know which one of these 
switches, if any, sets the remote bit on the dca.  They're not labeled.
