I've just committed a bunch of stuff that makes the boot code work again, 
at least on SCSI and HP-IB disks.

I also made a couple of misc. changes to trap handlers and device drivers 
that basically make the kernel compile once again.

The bootblocks and kernel work on my hp380, booted from SCSI or HP-IB 
disk.  I have no idea if the netboot code works at the moment, but 
considering that I didn't touch it, I doubt it.  It'd be nifty if someone 
could confirm my suspicion, though.  :-)
