Well after much battling with makedisk, I have only been able to get
the boot block to work.

The disklabel can not be found. I've tried swaping the bytes on the
disk label before they are written to the disk, but to no avail.

So, could some kind soul create a disklabel (the type dumpdisk() would
in makedisk), so that I can boot my beastie ? If you wnat to be
energetic, you could produce a file that I can just dd into place, and
make my day :)

The disklabel is:

# /dev/sd3d:
type: SCSI
disk: R03000T-B
label: BOOT-FS
flags:
bytes/sector: 512
sectors/track: 37
tracks/cylinder: 9
sectors/cylinder: 333
cylinders: 1216
rpm: 3600
interleave: 1
trackskew: 0
cylinderskew: 0
headswitch: 0 # milliseconds
track-to-track seek: 0	# milliseconds
drivedata: 0

5 partitions:
# size offset fstype [fsize bsize cpg]
  a: 30969 333 4.2BSD 1024 8192 0 # (Cyl. 1 - 93)
  b: 65268 63936 swap # (Cyl. 192 - 387)
  c: 404928 0 boot 0 0 # (Cyl. 0 - 1215)
  e: 32634 31302 4.2BSD 1024 8192 0 # (Cyl. 94 - 191)
  f: 275724 129204 4.2BSD 1024 8192 0 # (Cyl. 388 - 1215)
