Hmm... I always thought the "MD11" line referred to the version of the
"Mnemonic Debugger" in the bootprom. The 4xx's were able to run either
hockeypucks or Domain/OS.. Domain/OS bootrom's had their own debugger
built in.  Apollo's have exactly that text in their bootroms (give
or take versions and dates).
