There is still a problem with cd.h missing.

../../../../arch/hp300/hp300/conf.c:93: cd.h: No such file or directory

This is for the "concatenated disk-driver" in sys/dev/cd.c . Now this is
missing... Is this a part of 44-Lite and can/should it be included ?

Anyway adding a "dummy" at the end of files.hp300 should fix it.
