Does anyone know why config does not create the files
	ct.h cd.h st.h sd.h rd.h
anymore???

I am running a system from late April and trying to upgrade to the latest
sources from today (1 June).  I recompiled the latest config, but I am
using the old libraries (from late April).  My config file is almost exactly
the same as "DUALITY".  (I have even tried using "DUALITY".)

I made the files by hand and the kernel is compiling right now.  But I'd
really like to know what is going on.  Is this from something that I
changed or is it a change in config??
