I've merged most of the hp300 code with that from 4.4-Lite.  (Notably,
I have not yet looked at ppi, ite, and grf.)  This should, among other
things, make it work on 68040 machines (380s).

Currently there is a bug, probably in the way the stack pointer is
initialized, which causes execve() to always seem to set argv[1] to
` o'.  I haven't had time to track it down yet.
