There is a new PR, 32355, which describes that the USB clocking breaks
USB on the Au1550.  The fix is quite simple, which is to just leave the
clocks the way YAMON set it.  Hopefully no platforms actually need
NetBSD to change the clocking registers.  (The DBAu1500 and DBAu1550
boards at least do not need this.)

If someone could verify them and commit, that would be great.

If someone knows of a board that needs this register setup, please let
me know.  I've got another set of changes which add board-specific
configuration which would be the place to perform this kind of
configuration.
