There is PR port-evbmips/32030, which adds basic support for the
Alchemy Au1550 processor. It includes support for USB, Com, and
ethernet access (basically the same devices supported for the Au1500
today.) This PR has been languishing since Nov. 9, and I'd like to
get it committed as it represents a changes that further updates rely
upon.

Since several folks have expressed interest in this, I thought I'd
post it here, so perhaps someone else can review the changes and
commit as appropriate. (The diffs are in GNATS, if someone wants a
"clean" downloadable version, let me know and I'll post a URL.)

This includes a change to the master MIPS processor table, which is
why I'm posting it to the larger audience (than port-evbmips). Thanks!
