In general, you want to use the built in cross build tools to build
NetBSD. build.sh is your friend. It bootstraps the build and
constructs a full set of installable binaries with a single command.

NetBSD ships with its own version of the toolchain that has been
properly integrated into NetBSD. You want to use *that* version,
unless you have very good reason not to.
