I understand it's far easier to write documentation from scratch than to
maintain it, but please check the existing documentation first - there is
already a "notboot" guide, see
http://www4.netbsd.org/Documentation/network/netboot/

Please submit changes/patches/updates/improvements/whatever instead of
re-inventing the wheel!
