Lik-Sang (www.lik-sang.com) seem to have a supply of the Broadband
adaptors. (However, I purchased one which didn't work properly and am
still waiting for a replacement which I'm assured will arrive in the
next couple of days.)

They also sell serial coder's cables as well.
