I can telnet to my DC. Woohoo!

I used Saitoh's bins, an /etc from the base.tgz for hpcsh and a /dev
copied from a NetBSD/x86 box. I still wouldn't boot at first. Programs
like fsck and swapctl were dropping cores. I wound up creating a very
minimal /etc/rc which only configured lo0 and started inetd. I had to
edit /etc/inetd.conf to enable telnet, /etc/ttys to enable root logins via
telnet and /etc/passwd to plug in a blank root password.

I think I'm missing a line on my TV. The last line of text reads:

	NetBSD/dreamcast (hypnos) (console)

Then there seems to be the expected blank line. I can barely see what
looks like the top of one glyph at the bottom of the screen. In total it
looks like I can see 27 rows on the TV.

Well, plenty of more stuff to play with.
