Hi,

   I'm not sure if this is the type of thing that anyone wants to fool 
around with, but http://www.ncsx.com has all kinds of Dreamcast spare parts, 
like GDROM Drives, Mainboards, Powerboards, Controller ports and the like.  
Ok, and you can buy spare shells too.  I'm not sure if there are enough 
parts to build a Dreamcast just from parts, but I haven't seen this kind of 
collection of spare parts for sale anywhere else.
