The VMU/memory units are NV storage for game files.  The vibrate device,
as well as the VMU, are accessed as a sub-unit of the controller, which
is on the Maple bus.

The SuperH is designed as an embedded CPU -- the code density isn't too
bad.  But shared libraries would help a lot.
