Mine doesn't have a date on it (and I'm in the US), but I bought it at
WalMart last night and it works fine for booting Gleam! and DreamSNES. Of
course, WalMart is getting rid of Dreamcast stuff, so who knows how long it
sat in the store...

I don't have a broadband adapter yet or a serial cable, so I haven't played
with NetBSD. But I WILL!
