'solves' build problems with gcc4 it produces some crashing program
binaries (with gcc3 _and_ gcc4, cross compilation i386 ->
cobalt/mipsel). I noticed that with /usr/bin/host and /usr/sbin/named
after a complete and flawless 'build -m cobalt ... distribution sets'.

Reverting src/lib/csu/mips/dot_init.h back to r1.4 solved that problem
with gcc3.
