For memory purchase I would recommend http://www.satech.com/ if you are 
in the US. They have been very reliable supplier of memory for myself 
for many years. I got upgrade for my Qube from them as well. They 
currently have Qube2 memory for $49 - 128MB. I am not sure if this is a 
good price though.
