My qube 2 had been running 1.6 or 2.0; I am not sure because I haven't
had to touch it in so long it has ran that flawlessly; and I just
bought a new 250 gig drive for it. Because it has been so long since
my last install I am in need of a bit of a refresher.

Is the restore CD the best way to go ? I want to keep the install foot
print to the bare minimum and I'll install the packages I need myself.

One other thing with this new drive am I going to have heat problems ?
