Yes, based on the 1.6 (or was it 1.6.1?) NetBSD/cobalt restore CD.

I did, or rather I am in the process of finalising it right now. I

Nowhere yet, but Claudio has generously offered to host the file when it
is ready.

AFAIK Dennis, creater of the previous restore CD on which this one is
based, does not have an @netbsd.org email address (based on his past
newsgroup post address), but I am unsure whether he wrote the
instructions.txt file and put the TNF header at the top.
I am not associated with TNF, so my thought was to remove it, unless
anyone argued to keep that bit of the header there.
