I had exactly the same problem with 2.1 and was told that 3.0 would fix
it. I guess 3.0 did not fix this problem. I will try this on my 3.0 and
see if it is still there. I kind of like the ftp on internal network
just for it's speed comparing to sftp and nfs.
On the other note 3.0 appears a bit slower on my Qube. I did not do any
benchmarks but it seems to compile slower than 2.1 and 1.6.2 although it
could be just my preception.
Anyone has the same impression?
