Workaround for the cache problem is pulled up to 3.0_RC2 (and later),
but I'm afraid it is not in 2.x. Some handcraft work is needed to make
a patch against 2.x. There were several changes around there between
2.0 and 3.0, so I'm not sure if 2.x could have the same failure with
pre-3.0_RC1 kernels, though.

If there is a popular demand I would try to prepare the patch,
but I'd say 3.0 would be recommended for cobalt port.
