Fixes for siop is not pulled up to netbsd-2 branch because
I wonder if which patches should actually be pulled up.
(-current and netbsd-3 branch contain the fix, though)

Anyway 2.0.x won't have such MI functional changes, but
if anyone confirm the patch on netbsd-2 (not netbsd-2-0) branch,
I'll send a pullup requet for it so that 2.1 could have the fix.
