a) the NetBSD guide, http://www.NetBSD.org/guide/en/ for beginner
oriented text
b) manpages
c) various other information found on the NetBSD web pages at
http://www.NetBSD.org/Documentation/

Many, in /usr/share/examples/ipf.
More information on IPfilter, NetBSD's first firewall, is available
at http://coombs.anu.edu.au/~avalon/ and http://www.obfuscation.org/ipf/,
the latter also descripes the PF packet filter. Documentation for that can
be found at http://www.bgnett.no/~peter/pf/ (and probably other sites).
Plus various manpages in NetBSD.
