When installing the 1.6.1 netboot CD onto a RaQ2, I
connected what I thought was a null modem cable
(crossed send/receive lines) to the RaQ's serial port.
 Both HyperTerminal & TerraTerm claim there is no
connection to the RaQ.  Is there some button
incantation I need to do on the RaQ side to enable
serial port output?  Otherwise, my cable is probably
suspect.
