it is set to YES, and it has been set to yes by the netBSD restore disk
but it is not running if i top to look for it

and ideas on how to force reinstall it?

I read all the old mailing list i could find, and i saw other people
had the problem that i have, but whenever they asked, people always
say "well, i turn it off"
I dont really wanna turn it off, i dont care if it uses bunches of
CPU, my qube is purely a play thing
