Turned out to be a serial cable issue;
I'd tried them all but see
<http://www.cobaltfaqs.com/doc/wiki.pl?OSRestoreProcedure> for where I
got the 9600 reference; I'd recalled it was 115200...but found the
9600 in writing <grin>. Thanks.
So, I need to run fsck_ffs manually as /dev/rwd0g (/tmp) has a
problem... fsck -f /tmp seems to have a few read errors "uncorrectable
data errors" 756-768; it looks like it went ahead and cleared those up.
Can I believe that it's all OK :) ? Or is there other stuff I should
to do be prudent?
Thanks,
Brian
